Pristine packing — penny sleeve, top loader, taped between two cards of cardboard. Royal Mail next-day. Card matched the photos exactly. Easy 5★.
Took a couple of days to ship but the card was honestly described as LP. Photos showed the whitening on the back and that's exactly what arrived. Solid trader.
Three-card swap, all NM, all tracked. Mochi sent through a photo of the parcel before posting — that's the kind of seller I keep coming back to. The cash top-up cleared instantly.
Free to list, 90p flat fee per completed trade, no monthly. We're invite-only while we scale — sign up to get on the next batch.
Cozmor was built for the everyday UK card collector, the person who opens packs on the weekend, builds team sets, and wants to upgrade their binder without spending a fortune.
We're a peer-to-peer trading platform where collectors swap cards directly with each other. Found a card you want but yours isn't quite the same value? No problem. Cozmor lets you top up the difference in cash, so every trade feels fair.
No US shipping costs. No grading requirements. No fees that make small trades pointless. Just a safe, straightforward place to trade the cards you love, from Premier League to Pokémon.
This Privacy Policy explains how Cozmor ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our trading-card marketplace and community at this website (the "Service"). It is written for UK users and complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("UK GDPR") and the Data Protection Act 2018.
By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you have read this Policy.
Cozmor is operated as a sole trader in the United Kingdom by the account holder of support@cozmor.com, who is the data controller for the personal data described below. Privacy questions can be sent to support@cozmor.com.
When you create an account and use Cozmor we collect:
Cozmor stores account, listing and trade data in the UK or European Economic Area with reputable cloud providers. We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest.
Under Article 6 of the UK GDPR we rely on the following lawful bases:
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:
When a seller uploads an in-hand proof photo for a sale listing at or above the threshold, we may send the photo and the basic listing details (card name, seller username, current date) to a third-party vision-AI provider (currently Google Gemini) for an automated fraud check. The AI returns a verdict (pass, fail or unsure) which we store with the listing.
If any of our service providers process your data outside the UK, we ensure an adequate level of protection by relying on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK addendum, as appropriate.
Cozmor is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will delete it without undue delay. If you believe a child has registered, please contact us at support@cozmor.com.
We use a small number of cookies and similar storage (including localStorage) to:
These are "strictly necessary" cookies under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and do not require prior consent. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add any non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics), we ask for your consent first via our cookie banner, you can manage your choice any time from Cookie settings.
You have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email support@cozmor.com from the address on your account. We will respond within one month, and may extend by two further months for complex requests. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your profile, listings and posts from our active services within 30 days. Some data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations (for example, fraud prevention, tax records, or to defend legal claims).
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including password hashing, encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Cozmor after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
Data-protection questions, requests and complaints can be sent to support@cozmor.com.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Cozmor (the "Service"), a UK-based community marketplace where adult collectors trade, sell and buy trading cards. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Cozmor.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other UK law.
Cozmor is operated as a sole trader in the United Kingdom by the account holder of support@cozmor.com ("Cozmor", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@cozmor.com.
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. You agree to:
We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information, are used by someone other than the registered account holder, or are used to evade a previous ban.
"User Content" means anything you submit through the Service, including listings, photos, descriptions, posts, messages, ratings and reviews. You keep ownership of your User Content. By submitting it you grant Cozmor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This licence ends when you delete the User Content, except for backup copies kept for a limited time.
You confirm that you have the rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, including intellectual property, privacy and publicity.
You agree not to use Cozmor to:
Cozmor may remove content, suspend features or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You may rate and review other users you have traded with. Reviews must be honest, must reflect a real transaction or interaction, and must not contain personal attacks, false claims or content prohibited by Section 5. Cozmor may remove reviews that breach these Terms or the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
All Cozmor branding, logos, UI, source code and original content are the property of Cozmor or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.
Trading card characters, artwork and logos depicted in user-submitted photos remain the property of their respective rights holders (for example, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Disney and others). Cozmor is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these companies.
If you believe content on Cozmor infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@cozmor.com with: (a) your contact information, (b) a description of the work, (c) the URL of the allegedly infringing content, (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, (e) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act and (f) your signature (electronic or physical).
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@cozmor.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if your use creates risk for Cozmor or other users, or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, indemnity, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Cozmor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, save to the extent that such warranties cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that listings on the Service are accurate or authentic.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law Cozmor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Cozmor in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds (£100).
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cozmor and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service, (b) your User Content, (c) any trade or sale you enter into with another user, or (d) your breach of these Terms.
We may change features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms, material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Cozmor after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory UK consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom.
If you are a consumer based in the UK, you can also use the Citizens Advice consumer service for help with disputes (citizensadvice.org.uk).
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@cozmor.com.
This policy explains your rights as a buyer or trader on Cozmor, what protection we offer when something goes wrong, and how to raise a claim. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law. If a seller on Cozmor is acting in the course of a business, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Cozmor is a peer-to-peer marketplace where private collectors trade and sell cards to each other. We are not a party to the contract between the buyer and the seller. We do, however, hold any cash component of a trade in escrow until both parties confirm delivery, and we apply the protections set out below to every trade that goes through the platform.
Cozmor Buyer Protection applies automatically to every cash purchase and to the cash component of any trade that goes through us. It covers you for:
Buyer Protection releases cash held in escrow back to your original payment card. It does not cover changes of mind (see Section 7) or items damaged in transit when you chose an untracked postage option (see Section 6).
If you sent a card in a trade and the other party does not send theirs, you can open a claim and Cozmor will:
Postage choice affects what we can cover.
Where a seller is a private individual (which is most of Cozmor), you do not have a statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the trade is in progress.
Where a seller is acting in the course of a business (frequent sales, business name, advertised as a shop), you have a 14-day right to cancel from receipt of the card under those Regulations. Sellers acting as a business will be marked as such on their profile.
Even where there is no statutory right to cancel, Cozmor Buyer Protection still applies (Section 3): if the card is not as described, you can return it for a refund within 72 hours of delivery.
When we decide a dispute we consider:
Our decision is made in good faith and is final on the platform. It does not prevent you from pursuing any legal remedy you may have under UK law.
Selling counterfeit, altered, stolen or otherwise prohibited cards is grounds for immediate account termination. We work with reputable graders and rights holders (including The Pokémon Company) to identify counterfeits. Where a counterfeit is confirmed, the buyer is fully refunded and the seller may be banned and reported to the relevant authorities.
When a buyer pays for a card, or a trader pays a cash top-up on a trade, those funds are held by Cozmor (via Stripe) until both sides have shipped and the buyer has confirmed receipt (or 72 hours have passed without a complaint, whichever is sooner). Only then are funds released to the seller's connected bank account.
Cozmor charges a single flat 90p service fee per side on every accepted trade, paid by both the sender and the receiver when the trade is accepted. There is no percentage cut on cash top-ups or trades. Where a refund is issued by Cozmor under this policy, the service fee is refunded in full as well.
If you raise a chargeback with your bank for a Cozmor purchase without first opening a dispute through us, your account may be restricted while we investigate. We strongly encourage you to use Cozmor's dispute flow first, which is faster and protects both parties.
Submitting a knowingly false claim, switching cards before returning them, or attempting to defraud the dispute system is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination, the matter being passed to the police, and recovery of any improperly obtained refund.
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can take it further:
Some Cozmor users sell in volume or run their collecting as a small business. UK law treats those users as "traders" and gives buyers additional rights, including the 14-day right to cancel and full Consumer Rights Act remedies. Such sellers will display a "Trader" badge on their profile and are subject to additional checks. If you believe a user is selling as a business without being labelled as such, please email support@cozmor.com.
Buyer Protection is provided by Cozmor and is limited to the cash value passed through the platform plus any postage you paid us for. It does not extend to consequential losses, lost profits, or items traded outside of Cozmor's listing and dispute systems. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under UK consumer law.
We will publish any material changes to this policy in advance and notify affected users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
Open a dispute through the Trades view in the app, or email support@cozmor.com if you need help. We aim to reply within 1 business day.
You're in. Cozmor is the UK's trade-first home for Pokémon card collectors. A quick 6-step tour and you'll know how everything works.
Your homepage. Three sections sort listings by mode, pick a card and either send a trade offer or buy outright.
List the cards you own. Search the full Pokémon TCG database to auto-fill set info and artwork, or type the name and number yourself. Upload your photos so buyers see the actual card they're getting.
Where every deal lives. Offer one of your cards for one you want, top up the difference in cash if values don't match. The other person accepts, counters or declines. We handle Royal Mail Tracked shipping for both sides; cash releases once both packages arrive.
Direct chat with trade partners, but only when there's a real trade between you. No DMs from strangers, no spam, no random sales pitches. Threads open automatically when an offer is sent.
Your Profile is your reputation, reviews build up from completed trades. Settings is where you manage email, payment cards, shipping address and notifications. Most traders kick things off by listing 3–5 cards from their binder. Ready?
